The Youth Sports Federation of Nigeria, YSFON has set up a new state working committee for its Ekiti State Chapter after a collaborative effort with the Ekiti State Football Association.
Ekiti FA and YSFON came together to identify personalities of ability, integrity and standing that will see to the growth of football ecosystem in the state.
In a letter to the Ekiti State Football Association dated 31st of January, 2022, YSFON confirmed the appointment of a member of the Ekiti FA’s Research, Planning and Strategy Development Committee and Chairman of Ikere Local Football Council, Adeolu Oyebode as Chairman of the body’s new state working committee.
Elder Remilekun Solola remains the Vice Chairman, while recent graduate of Basic Coaching Course from the National Institute for Sports, Dayo Omotosho Folajimi will act as State Secretary of YSFON in Ekiti.

As part of the reinforced partnership to aid the development of teeming Ekiti youths using football, the foremost football body in the country, YSFON, identifies with the strides of the Ekiti FA under the leadership of Mr. Bayo Olanlege and has promised to contribute wholesomely to the success of the FA programs.
The date for the official inauguration of the members of the working committee will be announced in no distance time.
