Towards proper football administration and grassroots development, the Ekiti Football Association will host another of its Webinar Series this Sunday August 1st, 2021, on the topic, “Essentials for football development- Highlighting the 3 Ts for Ekiti Football growth”.
The Webinar which will hold on a WhatsApp platform known as, “Ekiti Football Builders Forum” will start by 6pm Nigerian time. It’s a continuation of the Webinar series of the Ekiti State Football Association.
Mr. Taiwo Odebunmi a former Nigeria Football Federation Board member, will be the scholar, and he will be teaching on what is needed for football development especially as it relates with grassroots football development with the use of 3T’s – Time, Treasure and Talent.
The Scholar, Mr Taiwo Odebunmi is a retired footballer, sports administrator cum banker who had a playing career that spanned over a decade, playing in the Nigerian Professional League, when he played for Julius Berger FC Lagos, Housing Corporation FC, Ibadan and many others.
Recall that the Ekiti State FA started the webinar series during the COVID-19 pandemic and has had great Nigeria professionals such as the Grand Patron if Ekiti State FA, Mr. O’Seun Odewale, an experienced sports marketing guru and broadcaster, Mr. Emeka Enyadike, Nigeria Football Federation Medical Committee member, Dr. Tunde Akinbinu and a renowned pediatrician, Prof. Oyelami lecture it’s members on various important topics.
